1. Overview

StorePulse Store Health Monitor ("the App") is developed and operated by Veyric Technologies ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how merchant data and information are collected, used, and protected when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

2. Data We Collect

To provide automated store health auditing and monitoring, the App accesses minimal store catalog data via Shopify GraphQL & REST APIs:

• Store Domain Name & Myshopify URL
• Product Titles, Descriptions, Handles, Vendors, and Tags
• SEO Meta Titles, Meta Descriptions, and Alt Text
• Inventory Variants & SKU Count Statistics
• Merchant Notification Email Addresses (for daily audit digests)

Note: We do NOT collect or store customer personal credit card details, passwords, or end-buyer payment information.

3. How We Use Data

The data accessed is strictly utilized to:

• Calculate 0-100 real-time Store Health Scores across Product, SEO, Image, and Inventory categories.
• Generate actionable 1-click issue diagnostic shortcuts to your Shopify Admin.
• Send requested daily automated HTML email audit digests to the store owner.

4. Data Protection & GDPR Compliance

We adhere strictly to GDPR, CCPA, and Shopify Partner Terms. We respond automatically to mandatory Shopify compliance webhooks:

• customers/data_request: Returns customer data export requests.
• customers/redact: Immediately redacts any customer records within 48 hours.
• shop/redact: Purges all merchant store databases within 48 hours of uninstallation.

5. Data Retention

Historical audit logs are automatically purged after 15 days to maintain clean data privacy standards.
